Reach the Beach Oregon raised over $750,000 to advance the three pillars of the American Lung Association Mountain Pacific Region mission, Education, Advocacy and Research. The 100 mile bicycle ride from Portland to Pacific City, Oregon hosted over 350 individual riders and teams.
Late last year I went to Providence, RI to meet Rachel Brian and Graham Wheeler at Blue Seat Studios to discuss a project for Grace. I ended up filming interviews and behind-the-scenes-footage for this short video. Back in the dark days before broadband and HD video, we produced a series of shorts on street culture for a producer in LA, whose client was Sprint. Encoding was very rudimentary, final video files were created at super low rez, delivered over prehistoric cell phone technology, None-the-less, The Street presented a broad cross section of the art, cult and culture of street life. A great reality bites moment in our career.
